Dump location must be clearly marked with tarp or bucket (If location is not clearly marked, driver will NOT deliver and Customer would need to call the office to schedule another delivery time. Customer would be responsible for another delivery fee.)
We highly recommend delivery trucks remain on stoned or paved driveways.
Customer is responsible for the tow truck expense in the case the driver gets stuck
It is the driver’s discretion. You must have a PLAN B clearly marked (if PLAN A is not on a stoned or paved driveway)
After leaving the roadway, Tawa Mulch & Landscape Supply is not responsible for damage to curbs, walks, driveways, and lawns
